腰疼痛多指腰骶部的疼痛，多位于第4、5腰椎和第1骶椎，多见于慢性腰肌劳损、急性腰扭伤、腰椎不稳定症、腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎滑脱，腰骶椎结核病及肿瘤，慢性宫颈炎、骨盆腔发炎、前列腺炎等疾病。
