鲜于琛，南梁时期的农民起义领袖，鄱阳县（今江西鄱阳县）人。他以道教组织民众，信徒遍布豫章（今江西南昌），安成（今安福县东南）等地。南梁大同元年（535年）率众万余人起事，年号上愿，被南梁鄱阳内史陆襄击斩。
