扇谷正造（おうぎや しょうぞう、1913年3月28日 - 1992年4月10日），评论家，编集者，记着。宫城県远田郡涌谷町出身。1935年东京大学文学部国史学科卒业，1953年、或菊池宽赏。日本テレビ放送网『春夏秋冬』主持人，出版了60多部书。
