宇文（6世纪—581年），字干辩，宇文毓宇文第三子。因其叔宋献公宇文震无子，故被过继并继承其爵位。在宇文邕即位后，进爵为宋王。大象年间，担任大前疑。后被杨坚杀害，其国被除。
