邓方，字方君，清光绪时顺德人，于1878年出生，是一名诗人。

邓方（1878-1898）字方君，一字秋门，清光绪时顺德人。邓实之弟。生平唯好作骈文与诗。虽早卒，年仅二十一，已有骈体文一卷，诗八卷千余首。五言诗味多近王士祯（王士祯）。七言风格多近梅村（吴传业）。著有《小雅楼诗集》八卷。见《石遗室诗话》。
