刘琨之，营浦侯刘遵考的儿子，曾任竟陵王刘诞的司空主簿。在刘诞谋反时，刘琨之被要求担任中兵参军，但他拒绝并被刘诞杀害。刘诞的谋反最终被平定，朝廷追赠刘琨之为黄门郎，以表彰他的忠诚。
