张伯魁，海盐人，以保举知县。于嘉庆七年(1802年)知徽县事。

简介

历任八载，补筑城垣，重建书院(在西街县署西)，设立义塾(一在北街吴王庙，一在旧城普福寺)，移明伦堂，建崇圣祠及城北文昌庙。所有政绩，班班可考。更重修县志，考古证今，尤为周详，徽志之完善皆其力也。
