西庄村位于夏县祁家河乡的南边，与平陆县曹川镇上坪村交界，此处山高坡陡，土地贫瘠，全村共386口人，耕地面积700余亩，林坡面积3900亩。产业结构以种植烟草、三樱椒为主。
