鸣沙之战，东突厥入侵并大败唐军的作战。

战争简介

唐神龙二年(706)十二月，突厥默啜可汗攻鸣沙(黄河青铜峡市南)，灵武军大总管沙吒忠义率兵与战受挫，死6万余人。突厥遂驰掠原州区(宁夏国原)、会州(甘肃靖远)，得马万余匹而去。沙吒忠义被免官。
