孟村镇丁庄子阿訇海朝英（1902～1981），系弹腿门高手。民国20年（1931），在沈阳南清真寺就职，适值张学良举办东北三省武术会，遂报名参赛。赛前，张帅观其表演，立授名誉第一名，赠绿旗一面。后亲去清真寺看望，并赠银盾一座。
