章鱼团长是小鲤鱼历险记中的动漫角色，流浪艺术团的创始人，八条长长触角掌控着马戏团的日常事务，可以同时做各种事情。但经常因为忙碌过度，他的八条触角会杂乱地缠绕起来。章鱼团长看似严厉，有时还会大发雷霆，但实际上他心地非常善良。他老练、圆熟，饱经风霜，看人入木三分。
